1. grip ​with hands in front of shoulders with thumbs extended so thumbs line up with armpits
2. add hands inward pressure on bar
3. keep tight core with feet slightly forward in pike position
4. elbows stay forward not winged out
5. go into full extension at bottom but keep shoulders/blades down so there is space between shoulders and ears
6. maintain thoracic extension, no caving in
7. attack the bar with chest, not chin, aim high
8. add band to foot to get more reps past fatigue
9. don't just do at end of routine, do them at the beginning
